Hi, I'm Sarah, I am a Busy Mum of 3 a wife & passionate about all things health & fitness.
I help busy women & mums break the cycle of binge eating & yo-yo dieting, so they can feel good about their body, wear a bikini with confidence, have more energy without giving up the foods they love. Even if they have no time or motivation.
I support women to achieve this through a unique and powerful blend of strength training, sustainable nutrition strategies and mindset coaching so you can achieve sustainable lifestyle changes and create the body & life you desire.
My own journey
Embodying a healthy lifestyle & Mastering inner peace has given me insight into the many challenges we encounter with the relationship we have with our bodies.
I strongly believe the secret weapon to you achieving your optimal health goal is to accept and approve of yourself just as you are. I have learnt this over the last 17 years, helping hundreds of women improve their strength, health & fitness in a way that feels right for them.
After having my first daughter and suffering in silence with PND, I was anxious, felt alone and could not see the light at the end of the tunnel. By the time I had my third daughter I was able to navigate my way through and as a result overcame anxiety & post natal depression through fitness, nutrition & mindset strategies and without medication and now I teach other women to do the same.
After treating hundreds of clients pains and injuries through my Myotherapy practise for several years & helping people achieve their fat loss goals with personal training I noticed a similar pattern...
A series of Self sabotage, negative self talk, negative body image, lack of self acceptance and the combination of this and the conflicting health & nutrition info in the media left people feeling stuck, overwhelmed and in a constant yo-yo dieting continuum. This leads to anxiety, depression & lack in confidence. Then throw in having a baby into the mix and you feel less in control and more overwhelmed.
So I embarked on the journey of studying life coaching & NLP. This is a game changer and the missing link in what my clients need to support their process.
This combination of experience, knowledge and life lessons has enabled me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding to all my clients. I support busy, high achieving women to find their own version of complete mind, body, soul & emotional wellbeing in a way that feels good for them. My holistic approach to health, fitness & nutrition provides a safe space for women to connect & improve their mindset so they can achieve their goals with ease & joy.
